At Amsterdam Biosciences, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, in accordance with standard return and refund laws and rules.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert email address or phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number with your returned product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item has been used, damaged, or altered from its original condition.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always possible. Even if you have already opened the package. Just send as an email to customercare@amsterdambiosciences.com and we’ll arrange everything accordingly.
Exceptions
There are some items that are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products
If an item is not eligible for return or refund, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
