Amsterdam Biosciences

If you’re an indoor grower, you may think that synthetic fertilizers have already reached their maximum potential for innovation and cannot be further improved upon.

You couldn't be more wrong.

Because we’re just getting started.

How addressing 3 key issues in your grow, will significantly enhance 3 fundamental factors that influence your yield and potency

Key Issue #1

Using Non-Chelated Fertilizers

Non-chelated fertilizers, like the Athena line, contain nutrients that are not easily available for uptake by plants. They can react with other chemicals in the soil, such as calcium or phosphates, to form insoluble compounds that cannot be taken up by plant roots. This leads to a buildup of unused nutrients in the soil, which is a waste of resources and contributes to soil pollution. Further decreasing yield and increasing costs.

The Solution

Using Chelated fertilizers

Switching to chelated fertilizers offer better nutrient availability and uptake by plants and faster growth. Chelated fertilizers contain nutrients that are bound to compounds such as amino acids that protect them from reacting with other chemicals in the soil and becoming unavailable to plants. They also remain in the soil for longer periods, which means that the nutrients they provide are available to plants over a longer period of time. This reduces the need for fertilizer application and saves on costs.

Chelated Fertilizers: The Unknown Key Factor to Superior Cannabis

You will never get more out of a harvest than the quality of the nutrients that you put into it. Low quality nutrients in, is low quality flower out, no matter the size of the flower. One of the most significant changes growers therefore can make to improve their cultivation results is to switch to chelated fertilizers, like our Amsterdamned line. This change is the game-changer that dramatically alters the outcome of your entire growing process. Chelated fertilizers provide numerous benefits over their non-chelated counterparts, such as increased nutrient uptake, greater stability in pH levels, and a more complete range of essential trace minerals. With this edge, chelated fertilizers can more powerfully improve plant health, yield, and overall smell, aroma and flavor intensity. By changing to our Amsterdamned chelated fertilizer line, American growers nationwide have already achieved superior results in their cultivations unlike they’ve ever achieved before. To say it in their own words: “We don’t want to go back anymore”.

Kyle M - Florida

Literally went from 16 bottles of Nectar to only 3 bottles per stage. And got way better results! It’s also lasting me a lot longer. Probably because It’s in powder form. I only need a few grams for my 50 gallon reservoir

Kalill N - California

I went through a complete grow without once checking the PH. I always wrestle with the Ph and it’s freaking aggrevating so I loved that! And the  stronger smell that ‘s coming off of my flower is completely new to me!

Key Issue #2

Lack of Trace Minerals

Trace minerals are relatively expensive to source and incorporate into a fertilizer. In order to keep costs low, most fertilizer producers reduce the amount of trace minerals in their product, or not include them at all. When there isn’t a rich balance of trace minerals in a line of fertilizer, potential problems arise like reduced nutrient availability, nutrient deficiencies, reduced resistance to pests and diseases, and a general imbalance in the soil ecosystem. These are issues that are very fundamental and so there’s not a quick fix for it by simply adding another bottle. The problem becomes foundational. And so, very hard to solve.

The Solution

Abundance of Quality Trace Minerals

Trace minerals are absolutely crucial in a line of fertilizer, as they play a critical role in plant growth and development. That’s why they’re at the core of our whole Amsterdamned line. Trace minerals such as iron, zinc, copper, manganese, boron, and molybdenum are involved in a variety of key physiological processes in plants, including photosynthesis, respiration, and enzyme activation. They significantly improve the nutritional quality of your harvest in every way, as they are associated with increased levels of terpenes and Cannabinoids. The compounds we’re all striving for!

The Amsterdamned Secret Weapon. High Quality Trace Minerals Are The Missing Piece in Your Grow

High quality trace minerals are often the missing piece in almost all growers’ cultivations. Despite the importance of these micronutrients for plant growth and development, they are often overlooked or underemphasized in the formulations of most fertilizer brands. You may focus more on macronutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, while neglecting the essential role that trace minerals like iron, zinc, and manganese play in the health and vitality of your plants. However, using our Amsterdamned trace minerals in your grow makes all the difference for unparalleled cultivation results. These essential trace minerals play a vital role in metabolic processes, enzyme systems, and cell division, and neglecting them can lead to stunted growth, lower yields, and overall reduced smell, aroma’s and potency. By choosing Amsterdamned you are certain that you have all the high-quality trace minerals that are needed for superior Cannabis. Now, you’re giving your plants the best possible chance to unlock their full genetic potential. Enjoy!

Alee N - Florida

When I add the trace minerals, it doesn’t affect my PH or my EC! It was really helpful to not get fluctuations in my readings. And call me crazy, but the aroma from my flower is so much stronger and fiercely piercing!

Anthony H - Indiana

The trace minerals liquid is thick as hell! Have to make sure to not get it on my clothing. A little of it took me a long way and It’s really obvious to me that it’s high quality stuff! never seen anything like it and I’ve never had green stems like this.

Key Issue #3

Low Quality Nutrients

Simply said, the quality of nutrients in most popular American fertilizer brands are of a low standard. This impacts the effectiveness of your fertilizer and, of course, the quality of your harvest. Low-quality nutrients are not as readily available to your plants or may be contaminated with harmful substances, which can lead to reduced growth and even damage to your plant.  Therefore, the quality of nutrients in a fertilizer is a highly pivotal factor that determines the quality of your harvest.

The Solution

High Quality Nutrients

With our Amsterdamned line of fertilizer infused with ultra high-quality nutrients, we’ve unlocked the secret to unlocking your plants’ full potential. Picture this: an explosive surge of growth, skyrocketing productivity, and aroma’s so tantalizing, you’ll never want to go back to your old ways. Brace yourself for a breathtaking transformation as your plants flourish like never before, exuding a captivating aroma that will enthrall your senses and make your crops the envy of all.

The Role of High-Quality Nutrients in Nurturing Premium Quality Marijuana Crops

High-quality nutrients are particularly beneficial to marijuana crops for several reasons. First, marijuana plants have specific nutrient requirements that must be met in order to grow to their fullest potential. The high-quality nutrients in the Amsterdamned line provide these essential minerals and trace elements in a form that is easily accessible to the plant, promoting optimal growth and development. Additionally, marijuana plants are often grown in soilless media or hydroponic systems, where they rely solely on the nutrients provided in the fertilizer. In these systems, the quality of the nutrients is especially important as there are no natural soil processes to break down and release nutrients over time. Furthermore, high-quality nutrients improve the all-important smell, aroma’s, flavors, and potency of the buds. By providing the plant with a balanced and diverse array of nutrients, it produces a greater amount of cannabinoids, terpenes, and other desirable compounds.

Derrick L - Indiana

I’ve never experienced this strong of an aroma from my flower. Same genetics and environment as always. It feels like my plants have stayed very stable troughout the grow. little to no fluctuations.

Dabir N - California

Since working with Amsterdamned I feel I understand nutrients and feeding a lot better. I now understand when and how I can increas doses myself. With other brands, I would always just follow guidelines and not really know what I I’m doing.
